摘要
本文用海气相互作用简述了厄尔尼诺和拉尼娜事件的成因，浅析了厄尔尼诺（ＥＬＮｉｎｏ）和拉尼娜（Ｌａ Ｎｉｎａ）事件对全球。
This paper probes into the causes of the formation of EL Nino and La Nina by use of the hows and whys of the interaction of the sea water and atmosphere, and gives an initial study of the impact of EL Nino and La Nina phenomena on the global climate, the Chinese climate and navigation.
