摘要 牛粪厌氧消化过程中,产气量和甲烷含量是说明厌氧消化过程好坏的重要指标,除受温度、pH值等参数影响外,接种物浓度也是影响产气特性的重要参数。为揭示接种物浓度对产气量和甲烷含量的影响,采用新鲜的奶牛粪便为原料,以高温厌氧消化后的沼液为接种物,利用实验室自制的小型厌氧发酵装置进行沼气厌氧消化研究。结果表明,加大接种量有助于提高产气量和气体品质。当控制料液浓度为一定时,加大接种量,参与发酵的微生物数量相对较多,但是,发酵基质相对减少。综合产气量和甲烷含量各指标,不同接种量试验以接种量为30%的厌氧发酵效果较好。 Biogas yield and methane content are indicators in anaerobic digestion process, which are affected by temperature, pH and the inoculant concentration. To study the influence on biogas yield and methane content by the inoculant concentration, experiments were carried out using fresh dairy manure, with effluent of high temperature anaerobic digestion as inoculant using a lab-made biogas digester. Results showed that the quantity and quality of biogas are enhanced when the concentration of inoculant is increased. When the concentration of total solids is fixed, the quantity and breeds of microbe is increased and the base material for digestion is decreased with the addition of inoculant. Concerning about the yield and methane content of biogas, the 30% of inoculant is the best concentration to the anaerobic digestion.
