催化脱硫性能探讨

摘要 通过催化脱硫研究,探讨催化脱硫效果。进行催化脱硫与常规湿法脱硫性能试验,证明催化脱硫剂脱硫效果优于常规湿法脱硫剂,提高脱硫效率50%。建立剂硫比与二氧化硫排放浓度的数学模型,回归方程为U=1615e-1.4V,并确定剂硫比由1.5:1优化至1.2:1,为指导工业脱硫装置的设计和运行提供可靠的技术参数。在4t/h工业锅炉上完成考核,脱硫后SO2排放浓度为175mg/m3,仅为国家标准SO2排放限值900mg/m3的20%,脱硫效果显著。 The effect of catalytic desulfurization was discussed. The catalytic and traditional wet desulfurization experiments were carried out, the results proved that the catalytic desulfurizer had better effect than that of the traditional wet desulfurizer, and the desulfurization efficiency was improved by 50%. The mathematical model of the ratio of catalyst to sulfur and the concentration of sulfur dioxide emissions was established. The regression equation was U=1615e^-14v, and the ratio of the catalyst to sulfur is changed from 1.5:1 to 1.2:1, which provides reliable technological parameters for the industrial design and operation of desulfurization unit. It completed the assessment with 4t/h industrial boilers. The emission concentration of SO2 is 175mg/m3, which accounts for 20% of the national standard. The desulfurization effect was remarkable.
