摘要
为解决乳品厂奶粉生产线上生产效率低,误差大,质量难达标且收奶工序复杂等问题,采用Controller Link网络的可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的集散型控制系统,实现了奶粉生产过程的安全性、可靠性和生产的连续性,提高奶粉生产的自动化水准和生产效率,保证了产品质量。
Distributed Control System of programmable logic controllers（PLC） of Controller Link was adopted to solve such problems as： low production effeciency, big error, substandard quality and complicated milk collection process. Safety, reliability and continuity of milk powder production is achieved, level of automation and production efficiency is improved and product qulity is guaranteed.
