2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)是一种应用广泛的多功能聚合单体,具有较好的市场潜力。AMPS的合成方法很多,工业化生产主要以丙烯腈、异丁烯、浓硫酸(或发烟硫酸、三氧化硫、氯磺酸)等为原料合成。还对AMPS的重结晶法、溶剂洗涤法等精制方法进行了阐述。同时还介绍AMPS及其聚合物国内生产现状以及AMPS均聚、共聚物在油气开采、水处理、合成纤维、涂料、医药和日化、造纸等领域的应用情况,并对发展前景进行了展望。

2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid （AMPS） is a widely used multi-functional monomer with good market potential. There are lots of methods to prepare AMPS. AMPS are synthesized using acrylonitrile, isobutylene, concentrated sulfuric acid （or fuming sulfuric acid, sulfur trioxide, chlorosulfonic acid） as raw materials in industry. The recrystallization, solvent washing and other purification methods of AMPS are deserihed. The applications of its homopolymers and eopolymers in oil-gas exploitation, water treatment, synthetic fiber, coating, phammceuticals and daily chemicals, papermaking and other application areas are summarized. The future development is prospected.
