摘要
我们在本文中制作了五种不同SrAl2O4∶Eu2+和Dy3+的样品。样品分别是SrAl2O4基质的α相和β相的粉末和片状样品,以及单晶样品。我们对所有样品进行了形貌的SEM研究。我们还对α相和β相粉末样品及片状样品以及α相单晶样品的荧光发射谱进行了测量。它们的荧光发射的中心波长为520nm,对应于SrAl2O4基质中的Eu2+的4f65d1的2eg激发态到4f7的8S7/2的跃迁发射。我们发现一般β相的初始发射要比α相样品的初始发射要强。我们认为这一差别,主要是由于SrAl2O4基质中的Eu2+占据的六重态分支的跃迁相对于八重态分支具有较长的跃迁寿命引起的。
We made five different samples of SrAl 2O 4∶Eu 2+ , Dy 3+ phosphor, including α phase and β phase of powder and pellet samples and α phase single crystal. SEM studies on the samples were carried out. The 4f 65d 1( 2e g) to 4f 7( 8S 7/2 ) emissions of all samples were also studied. The emission peaks of all are at 520nm.
