摘要
从理论和实验上研究了残余幅度噪声(RAM)对谐波探测的影响。通过对Harvey-Myatt外腔式二极管激光器进行低频(1KHz)电压调制和高次(2f 以上)谐波探测获得了10- 6的最小探测吸收率。
With 1kHz voltage modulation and harmonics detection, residual amplitude modulation (RAM) noise were carried out experimentally. We find that even in higher (than second) harmonic the RAM is dominant in the background signal for the influence of excess noise (1/f noise) and nonlinearity in the voltage tuning using a Harvey Myatt external diode laser. As a result, the minimum detectable absorbances are in the orde of 10 -6 in higher harmonic detection.
