摘要
采用数据包络分析(DEA)法,对福建茶业的技术进步率进行了测算,认为近年来福建茶业保持年均4.8%的技术进步率,其中乌龙茶和绿茶的年均技术进步率分别为7.0%和2.6%,但无论是乌龙茶还是绿茶都存在一定的资源冗余。研究认为福建茶业存在的主要问题是技术进步不均衡和资源投入不合理,并据此提出相应的对策建议:保持技术进步的均衡、合理优化资源的投入和加大先进技术的引进力度。
By using Malmquist-DEA method,the paper implements empirical study on the technology progress of Fujian tea industry.The outcome indicates that the technology change of Fujian tea industry is on the rise with annual growth rate at 4.8%,and the technology progress level is 7.0% and 2.6% on the oolong tea and green tea respectively but there are some problems such as the excessive input in the capital and labor at the same time.Accordingly the corresponding policy recommendations are proposed including balanced technology progress between different tea,optimization of resource input and introduction of advanced technology.
