系统论视角下党的制度体系建设探析

当前,加强党的制度建设,必须着力推进党的制度体系建设。系统论为我们提供了研究和分析党的制度体系的逻辑工具。系统的整体性、层次性、开放性,要求我们要注意增强党的制度条文、制度层级、制度与外界的系统性、协调性,提高党的制度建设的公开性。

At present, in order to improve the institutions of the CPC, we must focus on promoting the building of the Party＇s institutional system. System theory provides the logic tools for us to make the research and analysis on the institutional system of the CPC. The integrity, the levels and the openness of system require us to pay attention to strengthening the Party＇s institutional provisions, institutional levels and the systematization and coordination between the institutions and the outside world, so as to increase the transparency of the institutions of the CPC.
