党的十六大以来,党中央在领导全国人民建设中国特色社会主义的过程中,领导全国人民进行了解决社会公正问题、推进社会公正的伟大实践,先后颁布七个"一号文件",解决"三农问题",统筹城乡发展;始终坚持教育优先发展的战略,促进教育公平;始终坚持把扩大就业放在经济社会发展的突出位置,确保人民基本的生存权;努力建立健全社会保障体系,保障人民体面的工作和生活;深化改革收入分配制度,体现社会公平正义,在更广泛的领域和更高的层次上保障和推进社会公正。

Since the 16th National Congress of the CPC, the Central Committee of the CPC, in the process of leading the whole Chinese people to build socialism with Chinese characteristics, has led the whole Chinese people to solve the problems of social justice and promote the great practice of social justice and has successively issued seven ＂The First Document＂ to solve ＂problems facing agriculture, rural areas and the farmers＂ and balance urban and rural development; always adheres to strategies of the priority development of education to promote educational equity; always adheres to putting the expansion of employment on the prominent position in the economic and social development to ensure the people＇s basic right to survival; efforts to establish a sound social security system to protect the decent work and life of the people; deepens the reform of income distribution system to manifest social equity and justice so as to protect and promote social justice in wider areas and higher levels.
