MRI弥散加权成像在急性脑梗死诊断中的应用25例分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨MRI弥散加权成像(DWI)对急性脑梗死的诊断优势,提高影像工作者对急性脑梗死的影像诊断水平。方法对25例临床拟诊急性脑梗死的患者,在发病2~24 h以内行常规MRI及DWI扫描。结果急性脑梗死DWI表现与神经系统特征对应区域的高信号影,病情缓解后经MRI、CT复查均证实为脑梗死。结论 DWI对急性脑梗死十分敏感,并能清楚显示病变部位、范围及对治疗方案的制定有重要意义。
