摘要
运用地价空间分析中的克里格最优内插法,生成德化县商业用地基准地价等值线图、向量图和三维效果图,研究了德化县商业用地基准地价的空间分布格局。研究结果表明:德化县商业用地基准地价空间分布形态以鸣凤桥和丁溪桥之间区域为辐射中心,且围绕该中心向四周递减,商业用地基准地价出现明显的空间变异性和方位差异性。
Isoline map,vector diagram and 3D effect graph of base land price of commercial land are made by optimal Kriging interpolation algorithm of land price＇s spatial distribution pattern analysis in Dehua County.Results show that the regions between Mingfeng Bridge and Dingxi Bridge are the convergence center.There are strong variability of space and direction representing in spatial distribution pattern of standard land price of commercial land in Dehua County.
