归纳了知识的概念、分类与重要作用.知识作为企业的关键生产要素之一,其管理的核心内容是实现隐性知识与显性知识的相互转化,以提升其价值,提高企业的核心竞争力.为了在工程实践中应用各类知识实现企业的技术创新和管理创新,需要进一步研究知识工程技术,即研究和应用TRIZ以实现工程设计领域的技术创新,研究本体论以实现各类知识的共享和重用.面对网络时代数据挖掘产生的海量的动态知识,研究知识的进一步加工、有效利用,使之智能化将是今后知识管理领域的研究重点.

The paper summarizes the concepts,classification and roles of knowledge.As one of the crucial factors in production,the core of its management is to realize the mutual transformation of recessive knowledge and explicit one,so as to improve its value and the competitiveness of the enterprise.To achieve innovation in technology and management by using various knowledge in engineering practice,knowledge engineering requires further study.The research and application of TRIZ is vital to achieve technological innovation in engineering design.Likewise,the study of ontology is essential for the sharing and reuse of various knowledge.In the Network Age when massive amount of knowledge is available as a result of data mining,the processing,utilization and intelligence of knowledge will be the focus of research in knowledge management.
