摘要
目的 研究AO微型接骨板螺钉治疗手指骨折的疗效.方法 2004年1月-2009年6月,采用切开复位,AO微型接骨板螺钉内固定治疗手指骨折28例34指.术后均早期进行功能锻炼.结果 骨折全部愈合,X片示愈合时间为4~9周,平均5周.术后随访10~20个月,根据TAM功能评定:优21指,良9指,可3指,差1指,优良率为88%.结论 应用AO微型接骨板螺钉内固定治疗手部骨折,配合早期功能锻炼,可获得良好的效果.
Objective To study the treatment of digital and metacarpal fractures with AO miniplate and screw system. Methods From January 2004 to June 2009, 34 fingers in 28 patients with either phalangeal or metacarpal fracture were treated in our unit. The patients underwent open reduction and internal fixation (OR.IF) of the fracture using AO miniplate and screw system, following by early range of motion (ROM) exercise. Results Bony union at the fracture site was observed on radiography in all hands at the mean peri- od of 5 weeks (range, 4 to 9 weeks). At the final follow-up of 10 to 15 months, there were excellent in 21, good in 9, fair in 3, and poor in 1 digit, according to the total active motion grading system. In this series, 88.2% of the digits had excellent to good results. Conclusion Treatment of digital and metacarpal fractures by ORIF using AO miniplate and screw system is reliable. Thus, early R.OM exercise can be performed and good results can be expected.
