摘要
目的 探讨腓动脉穿支为蒂的腓浅神经营养血管皮瓣移植修复足踝部软组织缺损的临床疗效.方法 自2007年以来,我院采用腓动脉穿支为蒂的腓浅神经营养血管皮瓣对17例足踝部创面进行修复.结果 17例皮瓣中,15例顺利成活;1例发生肿胀、静脉瘀滞,持续2个月后消退,成活;1例远端坏死,经换药后愈合.修复后的足踝外形及功能良好.结论 采用腓动脉穿支为蒂的腓浅神经营养血管皮瓣移植修复足踝部软组织缺损是一种可靠的、疗效满意的术式.
Objective To report use of the perforating branch of the peroneal artery(PBPA)-based superficial peroneal neurocutaneous flap for repair of the soft tissue defect in the foot and ankle. Methods The PBPA- based superficial peroneal neurocutaneous flap was used for coverage of the soft tissue defect in the foot and ankle in 17 patients. Results The postoperative course was uneventful in 15 cases. Flap edema and venous congestion were developed in 1 case, which were relieved 2 months after surgery. Complete flap survival was achieved in these 16 cases. Distal partial flap necrosis was occurred in 1 case, which required additional wound care to achieve healing. Acceptable appearance and range of motion of the ankle were achieved in this series. Conclusion The PBPA-based superficial peroneal neurocutaneous flap is reliable for reconstruction of the defect in the foot and ankle.
