摘要 目的 探讨超大面积腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣的临床应用.方法 应用超大面积的逆行腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复小腿下段及足踝部软组织损伤20例,皮瓣面积:8cm×16cm~12cm×24cm.结果 术后随访3个月~4年,18例生长良好,2例皮瓣远端部分表皮坏死,经换药后愈合.皮瓣质地良好,外观恢复满意.结论 超大面积的腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣能够修复大面积足跟、足底大部、足背、踝及小腿中下段胫前区的软组织缺损. Objective To study use of the large reverse sural neurocutaneous flap (LR.SNF) for the coverage of the extensive defect in the lower extremity. Methods LP,.SNF transfer was performed in 20 lower extremities in 20 patients for repair of the extensive defect in the lower leg, ankle, and foot. In this series, the flap size ranged from 8cm×16cm to 12cm×24cm. Results Flap survival was achieved in all extremities. Distal partial flap necrosis was occurred in 2 extremities, which required additional wound care to achieve healing. The follow-up ranged from 3 months to 4 years. At the final follow-up, the appearance of the flap was acceptable in all cases. Conclusion The LRSNF is reliable for repair of the extensive defect in the lower extremity.
