摘要
本文介绍了甲基戊炔醇的合成及缓蚀性能研究结果。甲基戊炔醇的产率达92 % 。用正交设计试验法进行配方,以80 ℃的15 % 盐酸为腐蚀介质, N80 钢片为腐蚀试件,得到了合理的甲基戊炔醇缓蚀剂配方。以甲基戊炔醇配制的缓蚀剂,其性能优于以两种其他炔醇配制的缓蚀剂。
This paper introduces the synthesis and the corrosion inhibitory property of methylpentynol (MP). The yield of MP obtained is 92%. MP as main component are compounded with triethanolamine, phosphoric acid, Sb 2O 3, a cationic and a nonionic surfactants as ingredients and the compositions obtained are investigated for inhibiting N80 steel corrosion in 15% hydrochloric acid at 80℃. In results an excellent and cheap corrosion inhibitor is formulated from MP(0.1%), triethanolamine(0.25%), phosphoric acid(0.35%) and Sb 2O 3 (0.15%) for use in acidic media at elevated temperatures. Other two alkynols (MB and S62) are less effective.
