中原油田调剖堵水使用的颗粒堵剂

JTD TYPE PARTICULATED PROFILE MODIFICATING/WATER SHUTOFF AGENTS IN USE AT ZHONGYUAN OIL EIELDS

结合中原油田采油二厂、三厂、五厂的油藏地质特点，开发了 Ｊ Ｔ Ｄ 系列颗粒堵剂，在１２０ 井次的应用中取得了９０ ％ 以上的成功率。

The production wells at Zhongyuan are of high water cut (85.7% in avarage) now and the reserviors are characterized by high temperature and minerality and increased inhomogeneity with channels formed between injection and production wells. JTD type water controlling agents in settable aqueous suspensions contain an organic resin, JPA, ultrafine CaCO 3, flying ash (for JTD 1) or ultrafine cement (for JTD 2), and other ingredients and are shown to be suitable to the reservoirs. This paper presents the composition and performance properties of JTD 1 and JTD 2 and their applications in 120 profile modification and water shutoff operations with successfullness >90%. The results of two water injection profile modification operations are given.
