摘要
在介绍欧洲标准工作概况的基础上,叙述法国铁路标准的组织机构、标准内容与工作现状。结合实例详细阐述法国铁路标准在通用性、系统性与逻辑性、前瞻性与先进性、理论性与实用性、严谨性与灵活性、前瞻性与先进性等方面的特点。旨在为中国铁路产业"走出去"提供参考与借鉴。
On the basis of introducing the general situation of European railway standardization work, the authors explains the structure, contents of French railway standards and current situation of its standardization work. Several cases are illustrated to elaborate the universality, systematic, theoretical and practical, flexibility and stringency, prospective and advance of French railway standards. The results could be referred for the ＂step out＂ strategy of China railway industry.
