Cleaner Production is the company＇s most advanced method of energy conservation. As the second largest industry after the car manufacturing industry, energy saving of cable industry has a long way to go. The paper described the framework of green value chain as the core of the stan- dardized cleaner production, the establishment of cleaner production standard system, and change of the existing mode of economic growth, combined with effective practice in order to obtain win-win economic and ecological benefits to enhance the competitiveness of the industry to this validation.
