环烷酸与高级脂肪醇直接酯化的初步研究

Primary Study of the Esterfication of Naphthenic and High-grade Fatty Alcohol

本文采用直接酯化法，以新疆1＃环烷酸及正辛醇、正壬醇、正癸醇为主要原料，合成了环烷酸辛烷基、壬烷基、黄烷基酯。通过对环烷酸酯化过程的多方试验，如反应体系的催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间及原料配比等，寻找出了该酯化反应的最佳条件。

The text adopts direct methods of esterfication and taking XingJiang No. 1 Naphthenic acid、n -octanol、n - nonanol 、n - decanol as fundamental raw material, and these such as octhl naphthenate、nonylnaphthenate、decyl naphthenate were synthesized. By many aspects of testing for the esterify process , such as: catalyst use magnitude, reaction temperatrue and time, the proportion of raw material, we havefound out the best conditions of the esterfication: ①Rcaction temperatrue: 110 ~ 120℃; ② Reactiontime: 50mins ; ③The material ratio of naphthenic acid to alcoho: 1: 1; ④The conversion percentage of ester: 93% ~ 94%.
