细胞凋亡在肿瘤发生中起着关键性的作用,诱导细胞凋亡是抗癌治疗研究的一个重要方向,已经发现许多中药能够诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡。本文主要对单味的植物类中药、动物类中药以及矿物类中药诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的作用及机制进行了综述,亦介绍了几种中药复方的细胞凋亡诱导作用。

Apoptosis plays a critical part in tumorigenesis.Induction of cancer cell apoptosis has been a major direction in anticancer research.Many traditional Chinese medicines have been found to induce cancer cell apoptosis.This paper reviews some traditional Chinese medicines that can induce tumor cell apoptosis and the mechanisms of their action.
