摘要
大52块是一个油层深且薄、低渗透、天然能量不足的油田,原油具有凝固点高和含蜡量高的特点。自1993年以来,为改善油藏的整体开发效果,先后采取了水力泵深抽工艺,柱塞泵高压注水工艺,油藏整体压裂改造工艺和油藏监测技术。通过四项配套技术的应用,提高了油井的产能,使该块的开井时率达96%,累计生产原油303571t;使该油田的平均日产油水平由65t/d上升到212t/d。
Block Da52 is a
reservoir with deep well, thin layers, low permeability and lack of nature energy. Its crude oil
has high solidificationpoint and high wax content . In order to improve its development result,
such matching technics as deep pumping by hydraulic piston pump, highpressure water
injection by plunger pump, whole block fracture stimulation and reservoir monitoring have been
adopted sequentially since 1993. As a result in this block, productivity of oil well has been
increased and wellworking time rate reached 96%, accumulated oilincrement 303571t, average
oilproduction rate raises from 65t/d to 212t/d, it provides reference model to the same type
reservoir.
