塑料抽料系统广泛用于挤塑、注塑等工艺设备上,它完全替代了人工送料的工作,但效率不高,气泵一直处于工作状态,维修率很高,不能有效节能,不经济。本文阐述了该抽料系统的电气部分改造,用西门子S7-200替代原有控制系统,提供了又一个塑料工艺行业的应用方案。

Plastic pump feeding system is widely used for extrusion and injection mound- ing processes and equipments.It fully replaces artificial work of feeding, but the efficiency is not high. Pump has been working all the time, so the maintenance rate is very high and waste energy effectively. This paper expounds electric parts transformation of the smoke feeding system, making Siemens S7-200 replace the primary control system, and pro- vides another solution for plastic craft industry application.
