摘要
本文介绍了一种应用于圆网印花机控制系统的运动控制器的设计方案,其主控制器是采用嵌入式PLC芯片组,从控制器是采用一片高速单片机C8051F330。主从控制器协同工作,实现点动、定位、插补、电子齿轮等运动控制功能。用户可以使用标准梯形图语言进行编程;多个运动控制器通过高速CAN通信接口互连,十分方便地组成多轴联动控制系统。
This article introduced a design scheme of a motion controller applied to rotary screen printing machine, which uses embedded PLC chipset as master controller, and a high-speed microprocessor C8051F330 as slave controller. The master controller and slave controller complement each other to realize the motion control functions such as pointing control, location, interpolation, electronic gear. Users can program by using standard ladder language, multiple motion controllers interconnect by CAN Bus communication interface, which makes it very easy to set up Multi-axes movement control system
