摘要
钛黄粉生产过程中的污水处理中和反应的pH值直接影响反应沉淀物的质量。根据强酸与强碱中和反应的静态模型和动态模型,研究推导出强酸与弱碱的反应模型,通过matlab仿真绘制滴定曲线,分析表明该模型能够描述强酸弱碱中和反应过程。
In Titanium yellow powder production process, the pH value of neutralization reaction of wastewater treatment directly affect the quality of sediment. I have accorded to the static model and dynamic model for the neutralization reaction of strong acid and strong alkali, and researched to make model for the reaction of strong acid and weak alkali. Using matlab to simulation and rendering titration curve, the analysis shows that the model can describe the neutralization reaction process.
