摘要
在市场经济体制下，企业计划管理仍是企业管理的首要职能。在社会主义市场经济体制下的企业计划管理与原先计划经济体制下企业计划管理有着本质的差异。并提出了企业计划管理如何适应市场经济的措施。
Under market economic system, the enterprise's planned management is still the first function ofenterprise's management, but there is an essential distinction between the two kind of enterprise'splanned management under the systems of socialist market economy and planned economy. This paperproposes the measurements with which the enterprise's planned management can be adapted to themarket economy.
