摘要
ＲＦＣＣＵ分馏塔在操作负荷低、油浆固体含量高的情况下，增设了中段返塔回流，既保证分馏塔上部有足够的热量进行精馏操作，又使油浆保持所需的循环量，保证油气的洗涤效果，减少了塔板及塔底结焦。
Under the conditions of low operating load and high content of slurry solids in RFCCU fractionator, reflux to the middle sectionof the tower is added, thus ensured that there is enough heat at the top of fractionator to proceed fractionating operation and maintains theslurry recycle amount required, ensuring the scrubbing result of oil gas and reducing coking at column plate and bottom.
