西部民族资源开发的定位与思考——基于大渡河上游旅游开发与民族文化保护的研究

Position and Thought of West Ethnic Rresource Ddevelopment——Based on the Study of the upper Reaches of Daduhe River in the Field of Tour Development and Ethnic Culture Protection

大渡河上游指大渡河流域自泸定县以上区域。该区域以藏族为世居主体民族,但同时又是一个汉藏文化交汇区,一个自然资源得天独厚但生态系统又极其脆弱的区域,在西部民族资源中具有一定代表性。近年来,因旅游业的发展而致文化变迁加快。现从宏观角度对大渡河上游各州、县旅游发展现状进行梳理,指出其旅游发展的弊端与问题所在,并建议将大渡河上游作为一个整体区域来进行统筹开发。

The upper reaches of daduhe river refers to the area ahead of the county of luding where the Tibetan people live and also an intersect area for the culture of Han and Tibetan.A representative area which is abundant in natural resources and fragile in ecosystem,rich in culture and eager for development as well as protection.In resent years,tour development speeds culture changes.On a panaramic view,this article points out the shortcomings and problems of tour development,and gives a suggestion of overall development on the whole area,through a systematic comb of all the county＇s tour development in the upper reaches of daduhe river.
