民族地区返乡农民工的创业动机与方向——来自湖北省恩施州的调查

Study on Motivation and Direction of Returning Migrant Workers

民族地区与其他地区有着不同的社会文化与经济系统,在工业化、城市化的大背景下民族地区的农民工问题是怎样的?对于已经返乡的农民工他们的出路在哪里?那些准备创业的农民工创业的基本动机和方向又是怎样的?根据1019份湖北省恩施州地区实地调查问卷的实证研究。结果表明:金融危机对农民工返乡创业具有影响,但影响不是降低了返乡农民工的创业意愿,而是迫使返乡农民工回到农村寻找商业机遇和发展、生存的空间。也就是说金融危机背景下民族地区的返乡农民工创业热情较高,政府的扶持将会对返乡农民工创业起到非常重要的作用。

Ethnic and other regions have different social cultural and economic systems,what is the issue of migrant workers under the background of industrialization and urbanization in minority areas？ For migrant workers where they have to go？ With these questions,we began our empirical study according to 1019 on-the-spot investigation questionnaire in Enshizhou area of Hubei province.The results show that： financial crisis have an impact on migrant workers who prepare to begin an undertaking.The influence is not reduced the migrant workers＇entrepreneurial will,but forced them to find business opportunities and development and living space.That＇s to say,migrant workers have a higher entrepreneurial activity under the background of the financial crisis,Government support will play a very important role on migrant workers who prepare to begin an undertaking.
