摘要
从构成混凝土的基本材料入手,研究改善高强混凝土高温爆裂性能,可降低混凝土的材料成本,简化生产工艺。试验证明粗骨料的品种成为影响高强混凝土高温性能最主要的因素之一,如果粗骨料内含铁元素或其他金属矿物含量高,将加快爆裂出现。以石灰石为骨料可明显提高裂缝出现的温度并推迟裂缝出现的时间,使得采用降温防爆措施成为可能。
Research on improvement of heat burst performance of high strength concrete can reduce the cost of concrete materials and simplify the production process.Variety of coarse aggregate is one of the most important factors for the high temperature properties of high strength concrete.And high level of iron or other metal elements will speed up the appearance of burst.It is verified that the temperature of crack occurance is significantly increased and the time of crack occurance is postponed using limestone aggregate,which make it possible to take cooling and explosion-proof measures.
