摘要
以Ⅱ级粉煤灰作为超细掺合料掺入到高性能混凝土中,研究在不同龄期、不同水胶比、不同掺量情况下混凝土的强度发展规律。通过试验研究发现:采用高性能混凝土配制技术,使用P.O42.5R级水泥和Ⅱ级粉煤灰,以28d为标准设计龄期时,可以配制出C15~C45不同强度等级的高性能混凝土。同时,和同强度的预拌混凝土进行比较,掺Ⅱ级粉煤灰高性能混凝土价格更加低廉,其技术经济效果较为明显。
Focused on the mechanics capability of concrete under different conditions,such as period,water to binder ratio,different blending agents,using ultra-fine fly ash II as the blending agent.The results indicated that high performance concrete with different strength grade(C15~C45) can be observed by using common silicate cement(42.5R) and ultra-fine fly ash II in the standard period of 28 days,according to the preparation technology of high-performance concrete.The technical-economic effect of the high performance concrete observed in this study is more obvious compared to other commercial concrete with same strength grade because of its lower price.
