摘要
碳化深度在回弹法检测混凝土强度中得到考虑,而在超声回弹综合检测方法中,规范没有考虑碳化深度的问题,而混凝土碳化对回弹值影响较大,对超声波速影响较小,不考虑碳化深度的情况下,得到的混凝土推定强度必然比实际强度偏高,得到的换算强度必然会大于混凝土的实际强度。据此提出对规范数据处理方式的疑问,并通过对比的方法阐述其中存在的问题,在此基础上提出一种建议的数据处理方法和公式,使推定结果更加准确。
Carbonation depth of concrete strength in the rebound method to be considered,and in the detection of Resilience,specification does not consider the problem of carbonation depth,and carbonation of concrete greater impact on the rebound value,little effect on the ultrasonic velocity is not consider the case of carbonation depth,the resulting presumption of strength than by the actual concrete strength of high strength will certainly be greater than the conversion of the actual strength of concrete.Accordingly made to the specification data processing questions,and the method by comparing the existing problems described in this paper proposes a data processing method and the proposed formula,the presumption of the results more accurate.
