摘要
结合工程实际介绍了重载铁路特大桥墩身的高性能混凝土满足耐久性要求的技术指标。在对原材料进行检测与分析的基础上选择了合适的配合比参数,通过试验测定混凝土主要的物理、力学及耐久性能指标,确定满足墩身设计要求的混凝土配合比,并对混凝土施工全过程进行严格的质量控制。对其他类似工程高性能混凝土的应用具有一定的参考价值。
Described with practical engineering the technical specifications to meet the durability requirements of high performance concrete on pier shafts of heavy haul railway's bridge.Qualities of the raw materials were identified on the basis of the results,appropriate mix parameters were presented.The concrete mix proportion which could meet the design requirements of the pier shafts was identified and recommended by testing the major physical,mechanical and thermal performance.Quality was controled strictly on the whole process of concrete construction.It has some reference value on other similar projects in the application of high performance concrete.
