摘要
针对南阳油田储层特征,研究了以有机酸和含氟盐为主要成份的缓速酸RA;其中主体酸为多元酸的混合物,在地层条件下可进行一级、二级电离(pka<6)。室内试验表明:RA缓速酸体系具有较强的溶蚀能力和缓速性能,其腐蚀性低;现场实施效果表明:RA缓速酸体系能够较好解除南阳油田注水井堵塞,有效提高注水能力,达到了深部酸化的目的,对重复酸化井也有很好的效果,使酸化井长期处于正常增注阶段。
Retarded acid RA composed mainly of organic acid and ammonium fluoride is developed for thesandstone reservoirs in Nanyang Oilfield. The indoor testing shows that retarded acid RA has good retardation,lower corrosion to steel, and good corrasion ability. The field application results indicate that RA can removeplugging in injection wells, improve injectivity. Meanwhile, the goal of in-depth acidizing is achieved.
