ＰＤＣ钻头已在国内大量使用，生产也基本自足。在钻头里装传感器，在国内还没有。文中分析国外在ＰＤＣ钻头装传感器的功能，传感器数据的采集方法，实验室和现场试验情况，提出国内生产仪表化钻头的设想。

PDC bits have been used in China and are available domestically. But there isn't PDC bit withtransducer in China. The paper analySes the functions of PDC bit with transducer, its data acquisition method andits laboratory testing and field testing. Meanwhile, the assumption of manufacturing instrument bits is proposed.
