摘要
文中对合成的钻井液用无机阳离子聚合物M941的性能进行研究,介绍了M941现场应用情况。室内研究和现场应用表明:加入M941配制的钻井液具有独特的流变性,适当提高膨润土含量有利于提高钻井液的剪切稀释能力;M941与常用降滤失剂的配伍性好,有强的抑制性,悬浮携砂、防塌能力强,加入M941配制的钻井液可有效地减轻对油气层的损害,与钾基聚合物钻井液相比,被损害的岩心渗透率恢复值提高10个百分点以上,显示出较强的保护油气层能力。
This paper presents the synthesis, drilling fluid properties and field applications of the inorganiccanon polymer M941. The experimental results and field applications indicate that M941 drilling fluid has theproperties of special rheological behavior, good inhibition, gOOd compatibility with fluid loss additives in use, highsuspending and carrying capability and anti-sloughing capacity. Meanwhile, M941 drilling fluid can minimizethe damage to reservoir.
