摘要
通过对钢渣制品进行碳化养护,确定其最佳的碳化制度。实验结果表明:当液态外加剂掺入量为9.00%,初始成型压力f为3.0 MPa时,钢渣制品在CO2分压为fC O2=0.25 MPa、fC O2=0.55 MPa和fC O2=0.75 MPa的压强下各碳化养护1 h后,其碳化增重率达11.02%,在最佳的碳化制度下,相对于未碳化试样,碳化养护后的钢渣制品的抗折强度、抗压强度、吸水性、饱水强度、冻融强度都有较大的提高,并且压蒸安定性良好。
Steel-slag products were cured by CO2 to determine the appropriated carbonation system.The experimental results showed that when the addition of liquid additive was w=9% and initial forming pressure f=3.0 MPa,the mass gain degree of carbonation of steel-slag specimens was 11.02% after being carbonated at CO2 pressure fCO2=0.25 MPa,0.55 MPa and 0.75 MPa for 1 h.Compared with uncarbonated samples,the compression and flexible strength,water absorption,saturation strength and freeze-thaw strength of cured steel products were improved,and soundness was eligible.
