氯沙坦对高血压患者血清尿酸水平的影响

摘要 高血压合并高尿酸血症的概率很高。有报道10%~20%的高血压患者伴发高尿酸血症或痛风,痛风伴高血压者高达30%。LIFE研究结果显示,基础尿酸水平与心血管原因死亡、心肌梗死、脑卒中等联合终点呈显著的正相关[2],对于高血压合并高尿酸血症者降低血尿酸的治疗具有重要临床意义。本研究旨在观察氯沙坦和厄贝沙坦对高血压患者血清尿酸(SUA)的影响及其降压效应。
