氯酸钾诱导龙眼成花根系内源激素水平及根系活力的变化 被引量:5

摘要 研究氯酸钾诱导‘松风本’龙眼成花对根尖内源激素水平和根系活力的影响。结果表明,11月施用5 g/盆的氯酸钾,在其花芽生理分化期间,根系内源激素CTK、IAA含量提高,GA3含量明显降低,ABA含量相对上升;CTK/GA3、IAA/GA3和ABA/GA3比值提高,从而促进花芽分化,诱导龙眼成花;施药后前10 d根系活力下降,后逐渐上升,至40 d时根系活力基本恢复正常。 Potted ‘Songfengben’ Longan(Dimocrupus longan lour.cv.Songfengben) trees were treated with potassium chlorate in November to study the changes of endogenous hormones in roots and the root activity.The results showed that after the treatment of 5 g potassium chlorate,the content of CTK and IAA increased,GA3 decreased significantly,ABA increased relatively,and the ratios of CTK/GA3,IAA/GA3 and ABA/GA3 increased in the flower-bud physiological differentiation,thus,the differentiation of flower bud was promoted.In the first 10 d after the treatment,the root activity of logan trees reduced significantly,then increased gradually,and restored to normal levels after 40 d of treatment.
