摘要
采用精萘、硫酸、硝酸等原料,在适当的温度下进行磺化、硝化、中和、还原、酸析等过程制得克利夫酸,在分析各过程的反应效果的同时,着重研究了磺化反应的最佳条件及加氢还原工艺过程的应用,并分离了混合克利夫酸,其1,6-氨基萘磺酸得率为26.25%,纯度100%,1,7-氨基萘磺酸的得率为33.92%,纯度为95.90%。
The preparation of cleve' s acid was stdied with naphthalene, sulfilric acid and nitric acid by sulfonation re action, nitration reaction, hydro- reduction, separation processing and acidation. The optimization sulfonation reaction am hydro - reduction were studied. The yield of 1 - naphthylamine - 6 - sulfonic aicd was 26.25% . And the pureness wa 100% . The yield of 1 - naphthylamine - 7 - sulfonic acid was 33.92% . the pureness was 95.9% .
