家庭病床开展中医疗法的体会

目的 中医具有经济、安全、实用、操作方便等特点.为了更好地达到家庭病床患者的康复治疗的目的,我们应该让中医同归民间,让中医治疗走进社区,走进千家万户.方法 结合医院实际工作,分析家庭病床的现状及风险,阐述中医疗法的作用及优点.结果 中医疗法适合在家庭病床中开展,但受到政策、观念的影响.家床中医治疗率：2007-2009年占80%,2009年下半年后只占40%.结论 政府加大对中医的投资,重视中医的发展,建立中医社区卫生服务中心示范社区、国医馆,社区居民渐渐接受中医治疗疾病.中医疗法在家庭病床的开展,促进了社区居民的健康,符合社区服务的卫生工作方针.

Objective To understand the economic, safe, practical and convenient characteristics of Chinese medicine, and to make full use of the family bed rehabilitation treatment of patients, we should make the Chinese medicine re turn to community and all households. Methods To analyze and the status and risk factors of the family bed and explain the role and benefits of Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of hospital practical work. Results The Chinese medicine therapy is appropriate for the house hold sickbed develops, but affected by the policy and the traditional concept influence., Chinese medicine treatment rate in family bed was 80% from 2007 to 2009, but turned to be only 40% during the second half of 2009. Conclusion The government has increased its investment and attached importance to the development of traditional Chinese medicine by building demonstration centers of community for Chinese medicine health service and national medical houses. The Chinese medicine therapy development in household sickbeds has promoted the health level of community residents, conforms to the community services hygienic work policy.
