摘要
本文以企业网络理论为基础,通过对西安光电子产业集群107家企业进行问卷调查所获数据,运用回归模型进行实证研究。结果表明协调机制在中心度、联结强度对显性知识资源获取影响中扮演部分中介的作用,协调机制在中心度、联结强度对隐性知识资源获取影响中扮演完全中介的作用。所以,企业应重视创建协调机制,充分利用网络这个知识丰富的平台,获取显性和隐性知识资源,提高企业的竞争力。
Based on enterprise networks theory,author analyzes the data through conducting a questionnaire survey of 107 companies in the Xi'an optoelectronics industry cluster.Author uses regression model to conduct empirical research.The conclusion showes that coordination mechanism plays some intermediary role between position centrality,tie strength and obtaining dominant intellectual resources;coordination mechanism plays a full mediating role between position centrality,tie strength and obtaining tacit knowledge.Therefore,enterprises should pay more attention to create a coordination mechanism to make full use of network resource,obtain tacit knowledge and dominant intellectual resources,improve enterprise competition capability.
