摘要
科技中介机构作为区域创新系统不可替代的创新主体,对区域创新能力的提升至关重要。本文分析了科技中介机构提升区域创新能力的作用机理,并运用北京、上海、深圳和武汉的调查数据,探讨各地科技中介机构的异质性对区域创新能力的影响,最后提出相应的对策建议。研究表明积极完善科技中介体系是提高区域创新能力和缩小地区差距的有效途径。
The sci-tech intermediary institutions play an essential role in promoting Regional innovation capability.In the paper,we analyze the mechanism of how sci-tech intermediary institutions enhance the regional innovation capacity.Then,we further investigate the influence of heterogeneity of sci-tech intermediary institutions to regional innovation capacity,based on the survey of sci-tech intermediary institutions of Shanghai,Beijing,Shenzhen,and Wuhan.Finally,we propose some corresponding countermeasures.Studies show that improving the sci-tech intermediary institutions system is an effective way of promoting regional innovative capacity and narrowing the regional disparities.
