基于DEMATEL方法的大学科技园软实力影响因素的分析

Influence Factors of Soft Power of University Science Park based on DEMATEL

本文解析了科技园各影响因素间的相互关系,并运用DEMATEL方法对相关影响因素进行分析,根据量化结果进行因果分类和重要性分析,指出发展战略、服务文化、领导团队的凝聚力、创业创新文化是影响科技园软实力的重要因素,并提出建设大学科技园软实力的相关建议。

University science park（USP） is an important part of a nation innovation system,and its soft power is the key factor for its sustainable development.People pay intense attention to the development of hard power of USP since its establishment,while soft power has not yet received sufficient concern.Based on this,we analyzed in this paper the interrelationship among the various factors which influenced USP and applied the method of DEMATEL（Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory） in analyzing those factors.We analyzed cause-and-effect and importance according to quantized results,pointed out that development strategies,servicing culture,cohesiveness in the leading team,culture of innovation in business setting-up were all important factors that influenced the soft power of USP,and put forward some suggestions for soft power development of USP.
