摘要
为了诊断高温等离子体X射线,利用晶体布喇格衍射原理研制了新型的球面晶体分析器,α-石英为衍射晶体,球面的半径为250 mm。对球面晶体分析器分别进行静态X射线衍射实验和Z箍缩聚爆实验,富士磷屏(IP)成像板和感光胶片分别得到了清晰的Cu等离子体和Ti等离子体谱线。对实验所得谱线进行分析,石英球面晶体分析器光谱分辨力好于1 000,并且得到Ti等离子光谱带宽约为0.43 eV。实验结果表明,该晶体分析器适合于Z箍缩等离子体X射线的诊断研究。
In order to diagnose X-ray emitted from the plasma under high temperature,a novel spherical bent crystal analyzer was developed based on X-ray Bragg diffraction theory where the diffraction crystal is α-quartz and the bent radius is 250 mm.The detector(including image plate and Kodak direct exposure X-ray film) was used to obtain the X-ray spectra of Cu plasma and Ti plasma separately with spherical bent crystal analyzer in the X-ray diffraction and the Z pinch implosion.The experimental results show that the both spectra resolutions of spherical bent quartz crystal analyzer are better than 1 000.The spectrum bandwidth of Ti plasma is approximately 0.43 eV.The spherical bent quartz crystal analyzer is suitable for X-ray plasma diagnosis in Z pinch implosion.
