摘要
提出了一种基于矩形激光光幕的射击精度光电检测系统。矩形激光幕由多个光幕单元拼接形成。准直、扩束后的激光光源通过菲涅尔透镜调整为平行光幕最终会聚至光电光敏二极管,弹丸从光幕任意位置通过时,光电系统都会响应光通量的变化量,并转换为电信号。根据电信号幅度与弹着点之间的函数关系,通过专用处理软件可对射击精度准确测量。实验结果表明,该测试系统可测弹丸直径范围为4.5~12.7 mm,速度范围为60~1 000 m/s。有效区域可达10 m×10 m,测试误差优于±4 mm,能应用于不同照明场合。
A rectangular laser screen system(RLSS)was designed to determine the projectile impact location.The rectangle laser screen consists of many same optical modules.The laser beam passes through collimators,expanders and Fresnel lens shape into optical module and focuses on detectors.Whenever a projectile passes the optical screen module,the corresponding photodetectors sense the event due to partial or full obscuration of the incident energy.Based on the relationship between electro-optical signal amplitude and projectile coordinate in a module,X-Y coordinate data can be generated instantaneously by the computer with appropriate software.Experimental results show that the system can detect projectiles with calibers between 4.5 mm and 12.7 mm traveling at velocities between 60 m/s and 1 000 m/s.Its effective range is 10 m×10 m,the accuracy is better than ±4 mm and it can be used indoors or outdoors.
