负压封闭引流术治疗四肢皮肤软组织缺损 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察应用负压封闭引流技术(VSD)治疗四肢皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法将113例病人分为VSD组61例,常规换药组52例,观察两组病人换药次数、换药至二期创面修复时间、创面细菌培养阳性率、病人住院时间,评估疗效。结果 VSD组换药次数为(2.5±1.3)次、换药至二期创面修复时间为(8.4±2.5)d、创面细菌培养阳性率为16.4%、住院时间(23.0±5.4)d;对照组分别为(11.0±3.7)次、(13.0±4.7)d、71.2%、(35.0±9.2)d,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论负压封闭引流技术治疗四肢皮肤软组织缺损可减少换药次数、缩短创面修复时间及住院时间,降低感染率。
