摘要
目的:开展战时伤员后送工具配置可视化仿真优化研究,为各级卫勤领导和机关进行运力预计和后送工具配置提供辅助决策依据。方法:在对战时伤员后送系统进行分析和假设的基础上,利用Simio仿真软件,特别是其独特的过程方法,构建战时伤员后送工具配置的可视化仿真模型,并利用Simio内嵌的OptQuest优化器对后送工具配置进行优化。结果:当A型车和B型车的配备数量分别为3辆时,中度伤员和重度伤员时效到达率的均值分别为99.05%和98.32%。结论:构建的战时伤员后送工具配置的可视化仿真模型可实现对后送工具的优化配置。
Objective To investigate visual simulation and optimization of wartime patient evacuation tools allocation for the assistant decision-making supports of transportation capacity estimation and evacuation tools allocation.Methods Visual simulation model of wartime patient evacuation tools was developed using Simio,especially its process methods,based on analysis and hypothesis of evacuation system.Then,the allocation of the evacuation tools was optimized using OptQuest.Results When there were 3 A-type and 3 B-type vehicles in the system,the mean valve of timeliness arrival rate of moderately wounded patients was 99.05 %,while that of severely wounded patients was 98.32%.Conclusion The visual simulation model of wartime patient evacuation tools may optimize the allocation of evacuation tools.
