基于LPC2148的医用水刀的设计与实现

摘要 目的:设计一种基于LPC2148处理器的医用水刀设备。方法:采用压力传感器实时检测出水口压力,在变频器内部对采集到的压力信号和设定的压力值做PID运算,得到调节参量控制电动机的转速。控制器使用NXP的LPC2148芯片,控制设定的压力值的写入与变频器的起停。最后通过LCD显示当前的工作压力。结果:水泵电动机启动平稳,系统动态性能良好,水压稳定性也非常好,抗干扰能力强,可以满足医用水刀的工作要求。结论:与传统的手术方法相比,医用水刀在手术时具有高度的组织选择性与保护性,创伤小,患者康复快等优点。 Objective To design an apparatus of medical water-jet based on LPC2148.Methods Pressure sensor was used to detect the outlet pressure,PID operation was done to the collected pressure signals and the set value.And the adjustment parameters received were used to control the speed of the motor.The chip LPC2148 of NXP was used as the controller,which controlled the input of pressure value,the start and stop of the frequency converters.The current working pressure was displayed finally by LCD.Results The water-pump and motor started smoothly,the dynamic performance of the system was good,the stability of water pressure was also very good,and the anti-interference was strong.The water-jet could meet the requirements of the medical water-jet.Conclusion Compared with the traditional surgical methods,medical water-jet designed in this paper has many advantages,such as a high degree of tissue selectivity and protection when in an operation,less inasie,and patients can have a rapid recovery.
